Just wondering how much flexing in the rudder skin is normal? I finished the rudder and everything seems tight but I can push on the left and right skin toward the middle of the skins and I can hear it flex. I don't really see it flexing but I can definitely feel it and hear it.
Also, when I try to attach the rudder to the VS, the bolts fit the rod end just fine but they are too big for the attachment brackets on the VS. I am I suppose to make the holes bigger on the attachment brackets? The plans don't really say.
