Rudder skin "blemish"

I peeled the blue plastic back this evening and found a small dent in the left rudder skin. Very slight and yet when the light hits it a certain way it is noticeable. I have no idea how it got there as I have been extremely careful handling these pieces. My question is: should I replace this skin or is this something that can be "dressed out" when the aircraft is painted?

It's easy to fill before painting. You'll see a lot of RV's with completely smooth & rivetless horizontal & vertical stabs.

Why ---- because those are the first parts built, and usually have the most blemishes.

But..... it's up to you.

As Van's tech support likes to say: if that's the worse thing on your plane, you'll have a show winner on your hands. Build on, there are many more blemishes to come.
