Rudder Pedal Cross Bar Interference WD-1206

During rudder cable installation, I have now noticed that there is interference between the pedal cross bars and the the F-1217A-R Tunnel Rib on both tunnel ribs. Ref 27-03 fig 3/4 and 22-01. Wonder if others have seen this interference. Believe removal of the AN960-10 washers would solve the problem

Rudder block washers

John,
By any chance did you put washers above the nylon blocks next to the firewall shelf? They do not go there. The washers go between the nylon block halves to replace the material removed by the saw kerf.
