Rudder jam nuts

What torque value is used on the jam nuts installed on the rod ends that attach the rudder to the VS? And should some sort of threadlock like Loctite be used?

I'm not sure, I just made mine good and tight (sort of like Dan's German torque method). They really don't need loctite in my mind, remember these bearings cannot turn loose as they are traped by the hinge brackets and bolt. (Unlike those in the pushrods!)
