My buddy at Santa Paula says he gets great parts service and advice from Brett at Leading Edge Airfoils. Great if you’re doing your own work. Hangup is, the company, and Brett, are in Wisconsin. The local companies that are supposed to provide help have been, well, unhelpful. One set up an appointment, stood him up and never responded to any comm after that. Rotax mechanic

There is a Rotax mechanic at French valley I used for my 200 hr Rotax inspection, mechanical and pneumatic carb balancing etc. Trying to locate his contact info.

His hangar is next to or near the self service fuel pit. Stand by and I’ll keep searching. His name is in my logbook but that’s at airport and I’m at home at the moment.

I found him to be knowledgeable and reasonable and would use him again.
