Rotary Sanding Wheel

So I'm building my tanks. And I want to sand lightly the edges of the flanges inside and out for better proseal adhesion. And sand the lines on the skin where the flanges attach. I'm wondering if there isn't some sort of wheel I can put on a die grinder to do this without my hands getting worn out?. Any links to such on the usual web sites? Anything proven to work well?

Scotch Brite

Just scotch brite. When you assemble with clekos, draw some lines with a sharpie. Go back after and scuff those areas. When you clean with MEK all the sharpie lines come off.

I used a mandrel for a die grinder into which you can slot a piece of scotch brite. Worked like a charm, a little more aggressive than using scotch brite by hand. Unfortunately I can't remember where I bought it. Looked in ACS but didn't see it there...

You could achieve the same end slotting a piece of dowel and chucking it in a drill...
