just at the point to countersink the holes in the outer flanges of the rollbar.
any advice on this as it seems like a little bit shaky being on a curved surface and using a hand hels drill?

From memory, it wasn't too difficult. You quickly develop a feel for how to hold the drill at the correct angle as you work your way around.

Just make sure you do tap all holes. I missed one and found out after the back window was in place.
