Roll Bar Paint

Do most people paint the roll bar to match the exterior color or interior?
I plan to get my plan paint after it is done. If I plan to paint the roll bar the exterior color, is there any Special steps I should take when attaching the back window?

I've seen it done both ways. I did mine with interior paint, on the theory that it is inside the airplane.

I painted it stone grey, to make it is unobtrusive as possible. I wanted it minimally visible so as to not break up the clean lines of the T/U canopy and rear window. Just my personal preference .. I had seen it done both ways and liked the "invisible" approach best.

Mine matches the grey interior. I added a 2 1/2" trim along the aft edge of the canopy painted to match my exterior.
