Riveting the bottom row

Hi Guys
Can anyone who's been there please tell me how to rivet the bottom row of the outside skin to the seat rib. As you know the floor skin sticks out 11/2"'. Kina makes it hard to get anything in there.

I get it now. As Bill already mentioned, I'm sure I used an offset rivet set that came with my RV builder tools from Cleaveland:
