I know somebody out there has the answer to this. In doing fibreglas work I am under the impression that if one uses epoxy on an application then polyvynil should not be layered on top. If using polyvynil first then epoxy can be put on top. My question is: does the same apply to vynil ester? ie; can it be topped with epoxy? (The job is glasing the pocket onto the air plenum to access the top left engine mount bolt). Thanks for feedback.
