Has anyone else had this problem?
I installed both rear pedal idlers and idler brackets. When in full right rudder, the left rudder cable connection at the idler hits the side console. Same on the other side with left rudder. The castle nut is towards the outside per plans, as is the rear pedal bearing. Both idlers are perfectly perpendicular to the floor so I think I backdrilled the bracket appropriately.
The only solution I can think of is to place the castle nut toward the inside(would prefer not to hang my leg on it), or place a slight inward bend on the idlers (which I've not heard of anyone else doing.)
Am I missing something? All comments welcome.
