Rear baggage bulkhead mod.

Didn't I see a post for the modification of the baggage bulkhead posted here a few months back? I've searched, but can't find it. The mod was to remove the lower corner of the bulkhead, on the gas tank side, and reattach it w/nut plates. This would allow the access to the tail cone without removing the gas tank. Could anyone steer me in the right direction or send me the link?
