R 911 rudder bottom tip question

My 911 has a mark created in the white color that looks like it should be a cut line to make it fit. Is this line correct or should I ignore it? Mine is a tail dragger.

The scribe lines in the fiberglass are pretty close, but measure and verify before cutting! My bottom cap was not anywhere near symmetrical. One side not like the other.

I suggest not trimming and installing it to the rudder until you install the rudder on the plane.

The rudder is on the plane. I was not happy with the first one I fitted and so I ordered a new one. The old one did not have the pattern on it. I was wondering if this pattern is accurate.
