Quick W&B question

Getting ready to weigh my -7 plane this weekend and have a quick question:
I plan to initial fly the initial test phase without the gear leg fairings and wheel pants, do I temporarily mount these in position when I do the w&b, do I do the calculations with them on and off and have two sets of numbers or are they not a big impactor.

Also does anyone have a contact for a manufacturer of a harmonic balancer ring that would bolt onto an 0-360 as I might need to have more weight up front on my 0-360 FP -7 setup (will know more after the w&b exercise)

Weight & balance needs to be done in whatever configuration you will be flying.

I ended up doing the W&B in several configurations:

1) First flight config: no fairings/ pants, minimal interior
2) Mid-Term Flight test: fairings/ pants added, minimal interior
3) Complete: fairings/ pants and full interior.
