Question for RV builders

A little confused. For the flush rivet's on the firewall, is the stainless steel panel dimpled with the joining parts countersunk or is everything countersunk.
I think I know the answer to this but I just can't find any corroborating evidence to back myself up. Thought it best to run it by the group before I make a potentially expensive screw up.

Dimple the firewall skin, and CS all of the attached angles for the rivets that face towards the engine mount.
