Question bulkhead 706

So here we are in the shop and came across a ? While building the aft fuse they say to match drill everything except for the F 706 bulkhead, so, I am de burring and dimpling the skins, do we not dimple the skins at the 706 buklhead and the 706 bulkhead? Do you hand dimple it later? Thanks Bret.

That is exactly what you do Bret. When you attach the center section and the side skins they all overlap and you drill that row and another row of holes about an inch aft of the 706 bulkhead.
