Question about Brake fluid on experimental AC

Smilin' Jack

Well Known Member
Has any one used Valvoline Synthetic brake fluid in their RV, IF not why not.
Yes I have heard the old retoric about it will harm the calipers, gaskets and seals but, I have used it in every vehicle including 2 motorcycles with over 150,000 miles each and several cars without the first case of a gasket or seal being compromised or damaged. I have not had a caliber damaged by the fluid either. Just wondering.

With the advantages of Synthetic with minimum expansion, temperature stability and minimum water problems like regular brake fluid, I have found the reservior stay clean the fluid is clean when I drain it out.

What are the pro and cons.
Just because it is not mil spec?
I guess that is like not TSO/d

Thanks
