QB Wing Flap Gap Fairing Rivet Question

I am about ready to rivet flap gap fairings to wing rear spar. My question is, on the QB, the W1004 Wing Skin is already riveted in place. Any suggestions on how to rivet the 1/8" rivets of gap fairing under the W1004 Skin. There are about 8 rivets that seem nearly impossible to get at. Is there an alternative method or acceptable substitute rivet for this?
