QB fuselage front deck

My QB came with a "U" channel spanning the F 904 Bulkhead. I am now installing the instrument panel and sub panels. Does this channel get riveted in with the F7105B left and right panels or is this removed to be used later for the sub panel underneath the instrument panel itself?
 
If it's like the -7 QB and it probably is... it's just a support that they put in for shipping. It's not used again after you remove it.
 
thanks I was looking at a related post on an RV7 eyeball air vent and saw a reference to this shipping brace. The brace had 4 neatly located #30 rivet holes on each side to the bulkhead with only 2 blind rivets on each side and while it looked very neatly done I could not see anything on DWG 24 that lokked like it was part of the stucture
