Prop for Sale

I'm posting this for a friend not on this forum. He has a prop for sale which might be a good choice for a O-540 powered RV-10. It is a Hartzell Model Number HC-C2YR-4CF/FC8477A-4 Two Blade, 80 inch. It has 675 hours since new, and 90 hours since a new hub (B model hub, with no ADs.) It is coming off his Pitts S2B (IO-540, 260 HP) for a prop upgrade.

This is not the prop Van's lists for the -10, however my friend believes that two other similar props have been sold to RV-10 builders, but I don't have details.

My RV-10 buddy Terry Cole, (builder #40045) who passed away of a heart
attack at age 52 has a Hartzell CS Prop HC-C2YK-1BF-F8474-D-4, Serial
#CH11073, 80" length, that has had the blades
rolled, hub disassembled, serviced, all AD's complied with, and new seals
installed by certified prop shop in Lubbock, Texas, available for $3000.00.
