Pro Seal

Hi guys, I'm wondering how hard the pro seal tank glue gets. I riveted my stiffners on Friday night, I'm at about 48 hours now and it's still soft. It won't stick on my finger but I can push it around. My temp is around 75.

Give it 48 hours and you will be fine. Doing the same stuff. Lots
of fun isn't it.

Yep it's some nasty ****. It's been 48 hours now and I just figured it would be a little harder than it is. Oh well letting it dry gave me a chance to build a flap today... didn't find that a whole bunch of fun either come to think of it. At least it was progress instead of the usual regress.

Give it a couple of weeks ,and all will be fine..... 2 years and no leaks.

It gets harder and harder as time goes by but never really gets brittle, if it's cold it takes even longer.

also, if you don't mix it hot enough, it takes a LOT longer to set up. the blacker you mix it the faster it kicks.
