I thought some of you might be interested to know that my RV-8 fuselage kit, ordered before Chapter 11, shipped this week. I was surprised to see that at least some of the deletions (landing gear legs) seem to have been honored.. or, at least, the price reduced in line with the listed deletions on the order confirmation.
I don't know if it's policy, but it's at least possible that if you had an order in before chapter 11, and if you had requested and had deletions confirmed before then, that you might in fact have those items deleted from the kit even now.
I won't get the kit for a while, but I'll report back when I can as it if the landing gear legs are there or not. Certainly I did not pay for them.
