Thanks Ernst. Lee actually did the current annual on this airplane a few months ago. I spoke with him this morning and he gave me a very good report on the airplane. Based on that discussion I might only need an updated oil analysis and boroscope inspection.
Many buyers prefer more distance between the current A&P and their pre-buy.
Not impuning the gentleman mentioned, just sayting that "selling with fresh inspection" does not mean that the the prebuy from another set of eyes should be skipped.
