Pre-buy inspection Hanford,CA

Anyone in the Hanford or fresno area that can go and take a look at an -8 for me. i need a first hand look from someone other than the seller and some better pictures than he has. if it all looks good then i will need a full blown inspection.

any help would be appreciated.
