Power loss during database download :-(

I was updating my G3X database this evening and loss power to the unit. Now I have a corrupt database. How can I fix this?
IFR/VFR charts file corrupt

Re boot

On the forums here, the g3x expert described how to delete corrupted data files and re load them. I found instructions by searching with goole and specifying site:vansairforce.net

Save the image your computer. Correct the orientation in whatever program you use. I use Irfanview64. FYI, if you hold your phone vertically when you take a photo, it will likely be sideways when you post it to the forum, unless you correct the orientation.

The answer to your G3X question is in this post:

"You will need to delete the IFR/VFR charts from the G3x Touch and reload the databases.

To do this hold the NRST key during power-up. Then press Menu -> Menu > Tools -> File Browser -> Rasters -> Menu -> Delete.

If you have a second screen you will need to do this on the display as well. Pull the PFD breaker and repeat the steps on the MFD."
