Unable to locate what is attached to the right hand K1000-08 platenut which is the companion, but on the opposite side, to the K1000-08 platenut used to attach the F12125 wire way per page 31-13, step 7, fig 1. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Originally the plans called for using cushion clamps to hold the wires on each side of the nylon rudder blocks. Trying to fit all of the wires into those clamps and inserting the screw was a real pain. The over-rudder-wireway replaces those cushion clamps. Since only one wireway is needed, the nutplate on the other side of the nylon blocks is no longer needed or used.

I would add that you should put a screw in the unused nutplate to preserve the intergrity of the firewall.
