As soon as a prolonged period of bad weather incurs I would send that prop back to Senenich and have it redone under warranty. Better Yet I would email that picture to them and then call and have them send you a new blade with a VISA payment guarantee till you send them back the old one since you live so far a way. It would take them at least a month to redo yours.

Keith, I only have 150 hours on mine, but the blades look the same as they did when I opened the box. OK, they do when I clean the bugs off.
