They are pretty active, have meetings most months, but I guess they don't update the website too often.
Call Ed Martinson, the president of SacRVators, at 707-446-7078. He is a great guy and will help you out. I know of at least one member building a -12, in the North Natomas area of Sacto I think.

He had me call Stan with DGA aviation who was very helpful. They have a club with a group of people and a number of airplanes. The only problem with that is you pay based on using all the airplanes and all the hanger space. If I just want an RV-12 I wouldn't need all they offer.
