Panel Photos

I am getting close to starting wiring and as I get started I have been trying to find some visual reference on how to start. I have all the books, but I find a good photo of an in progress or completed solution to be very helpful

I am specifically looking for a picture of the back of the panel that shows buss bars, switches and wiring routing. Also firewall penetrations and the configuration on the firewall where the master and starter relays are..

any help would be greatly appreciated

many thanks

Here is my building log...

It might help also, since everyone does something differently. I have an extensive compilation of photos of my build. The aircraft is an RV-6, with a panel made by Aerotronics. http://www.mykitlog.com/ggbaker/

I found that when you get into the panel and engine areas of the build, don't limit your research to just your particular model. Almost all of the Van's aircraft have areas of commonality.

Good luck with your project, Mike!

RV-6A panel wiring

I've got a number of "in progress" pictures from when I was building on my web site (8 web pages of electrical system pics). Not many "final" cleaned up pictures but can get an idea of where I put things that has worked for me. My system primarily based on AeroElectric suggestions by Bob Nuckolls.

Page 1 is at this link with rest of pages linked from there:
