Which of course means only one thing - my neighbors must get used to yet another really annoying sound, that of the Axis Citation Turbine. Four impellers spinning at 20,000 rpm put even the strongest shop vac to shame. I'm using Sterwart Systems Waterbourne paint because of its low toxicity and ease of cleanup. It lays down pretty smooth so long as you have the fan and fluid dials set correctly. It doesn't take more than a quarter turn in or out on the fluid dial to seriously change the surface finish. The first coat of primer on the upper and lower cowls looks pretty good.
