Hello,
I had to take a torch to my canopy frame to get it to line up with the aft bows, and in the process, trashed the powdercoat. Since I am leaning towards sikaflexing my canopy, I'd like to paint the frame with a low gloss black polyurethane paint. Does any one know how to prep the remaining powdercoat to accept a new topcoat?
Also has anyone used a paint called POR15? www.por15.com . Any other paint recs out there?
Thanks,
Pete
