paint bubbles over gas tank rivets

anybody besides me have paint bubbles over the gas tank rivets-top and bottom of tanks- up to about the size of an m&m? Where did they come from? How do I cure them other than the obvious? No other rivets have them. Ben

Curious if you have quickbuild wings? Also, where are the blisters located? (baffle, top, bottom, etc.)
