The washers, called out on the plans page 35-02 figure 1, are part number NAS1194F0663P. I could not find these washers in my kit. I searched Google and the only hit was for the RV-12 plans page 35-02. So evidently it is a typo in the plans and the washers should be NAS1149F0663P.
The cotter pins MS24665-302 are not included in the kit either. I will order some. These items are probably not very important. But I like to use the material specified in the plans.
