I was concerned about the possibility of the F-1219A FLAPERON MIXER ARM rubbing on the wires that are under it. The solution that I came up with is an extra-long narrow wire-tie that is inserted from the outboard side into the seat rib hole that is next to the bottom skin. The wire-tie passes over the wires and under the all of the other tubes. I cut the head off from a second wire-tie and slipped it onto the first wire-tie right next to the 3/8" fuel line. The space between the fuel line and the bottom skin is not large enough to allow the wire-tie to escape.
