Page 29-02 Step 9 wrong sequence?

I just completed this page, which builds up the upper firewall. The very last step seems out of sequence, because back in Step 6 you install nutplates that now block squeezer access to two holes in the back side of the flange that you are trying to dimple. It seems as if this step should precede Step 6. Anybody else notice this?

It looks like I will need to drill out the nutplates, or else just do a countersink here instead of a dimple.

Hmm...I don't remember this one, but looking at my firewall it is pretty obvious that you can't dimple those with the nutplate directly behind like that. I must have removed the nutplate to do it, then reinstalled them.
