Page 26-02 hinge specs

Too windy for spraying so I decided to get control of the various hinges, make a cutting list, and get them ready to paint.
I found a small mystery others probably ignored -but just in case I thought I should ask the front-runners:
All the hinges in the kit are AN257-P3, except those on Page 26-02. Here AN257-P2 is called out. It looks like P3 will do the job, and there is enough in the Kits. According to the Vans website I have the latest plan revision.
What did others do?

I noticed this, but figured there must be a reason for the different sizes, and just followed the plans. I wonder how many builders didn't even notice the difference.

Yep, use what is specified!!!!
