Can anyone tell me how he did the chanfer for the shoulder strap? File? Scotchbrite wheel? Sanding disk? Is the correct size critical (1/16 X 1/32)?

The purpose of removing material from the edge the shoulder strap lug is to prevent interference with the inside corner of the tail skin flange. It is not critical, but if you are going to error, it is better to take slightly more off than to leave too much on. A vixen file works great for removing material quickly.
