I am just about finished with the rear spar and have countersunk the yellow highlighted holes. I have read the note about the lack of rivet callouts for holes related to the later installation of the "aileron and flap gap fairings in Section 20." But I don't understand why those holes (highlighted green) are not also to be countersunk. Is it because 470s will be used there at that time?
