Please help. I am confused about the directions. Step 3 says to machine counter sink both sides of Stub Spar Assembly. Does that mean just the one side of the left and one side of the right Stub Spars or does that mean both sides of each Stub Spar? Thanks in advance. Sorry for the dumb question.
