Page 11-06 pitch/trim cable wire colors.

On step 13 we are instructed to crimp a female connector to "one of the white wires of the WH-P30 pitch/trim wire", implying there are two white wires in the cable, like there are coming from the servo. Problem is, there is only one white wire in the cable. The extra wire in the cable is a white/red wire, and I have to assume that is the wire to use for the "other" white wire. I would like to get this confirmed before making final connections and putting power on the unit, because a mistake here could burn out the servo. Has anybody addressed this with Van's?

The harness I received had two white wires installed in the harness.

Make it a white wire...

If you have enough conductors and they are the correct size conductor...just change its' marking...it will work fine. I've never met a wire yet that knew it's color.
