Options Wiring harness

Good Morning All,

I am working on 31B-15, Step 7, sorting out the wiring for the pitch servo.

The issue is the wh-695 (gry/prp) wire.

There is no gry/prp wire in the harness.

The schematic shows that wire is gry/prp and comes from pin 23 of the options plug.

Pin 23 of the options plug goes to a white wire marked F695

I am assuming that the white wire is correct.

I have notified Van's.

F695 is WH695

I finished page 31B-15 about a week ago. Your assumption is correct, the white wire marked F695 is in fact WH695.

I don't remember exactly where, but this will happen again soon with a wire called out as a color combination, and it will be white and marked with a number as well.

I got this E-mail from Van's

This is the correct wire, the company making the wiring harnesses are allowed to substitute white wires as long as the label them.
