Oops Rivet for AN470AD4-8?

Does anyone know if they make an Oops rivet for a AN470AD4-8. What are some other options for this problem? What about using a larger diameter Blind rivet?

Why do you need an "oops" rivet? Is it somewhere that shows? Usually the AN470 rivets are in places that won't be visible, so you could just use an AD5. If it does show, and if the hole isn't too much bigger than #30, you might try pre-squeezing the rivet. You'll need a slightly longer rivet of the same diameter. Put it in a hand squeezer and as you squeeze, it will get a little fatter, and a little shorter. Do it carefully though, as the longer rivets tend to bend.

Good luck.

FOR UNIVERSAL HEAD RIVETS

Typically if you want to keep the same head size and go up on the shank diameter, you use and oversize rivet NAS1242AD4-8 (9/64th dia.)

If it were the Countersunk Head Rivets you could us the NAS1097 AD 5's

website back up, rivets in stock

Our Webstore is back up.

We have the NAS1242AD4-10's in stock, we are out of the 4-8's right now.

We do sell these in .25# increments even though our Webstore says it will round up to the nearest #, it won't, is does it to the nearest 1/4#.

I will let the Web Guys know to fix this.
