OK, all you -10 drivers...

I have been told about a very nice, paved airport in N.C., named Burnsville, in the mountains at 4432' elevation. It's 2900' long and I'll have a full load of 4 people and no luggage. Any problem getting off on a hot day, you think?

That said, do any of you guys have good takeoff/climb performance charts for the -10?

Thanks,

Mountain Air is a private strip, so make sure you get a permission to land before you go.. :)

Either way, you should have absolutely no problems taking off or landing there.. Land uphill, and takeoff downhill.. Take a look on Youtube, there's quite a few videos that will give you a good idea of what it looks like..

No problem! Lean alittle for best power on your take off roll, watch your egt's.

I've flown out of Laramie, WY (7,400 MSL) at near gross. I think the take off roll was 500' more, but I was still climbing at 900 FPM.
