I had the two piece long/short combo and removed the short piece. Cutting the dipstick down was a breeze.

well when this was overhaul by individual ap mechanic in the end he noted to me that this engine had the long oil tube and stcik he had a pretty new used stick he thru in the short kind but all is well except no marking on stick what the best way you found to mark the stick what did you use to mark it with!!!

Would a 15.5" work? I have the original tube and dipstick that came with my engine before I had to swap it for a 6"
