Oil cooler cooling

Has anyone installed a Naca scoop on the left side of the lower cowling to go directly in the oil cooler installed on the fire wall? In the affirmative did it improve the cooling? which Naca scoop did you used? I would like to lower the oil cooler temperature particularly on the ground under conditions above 95F ground temperature at busy airports where ground time can be lengthy. Thanks
