I used four types of sealants in most of my build. Clear RTV was the choice for the baffle anti-fret, and then the Loctite 598 for sealing baffle gaps around the engine proper.
1) Proseal -> fresh for the tanks, and kept in the freezer to use for all else later
2) Clear RTV -> Dow Corning 932 clear from ACS:

3) High Temp RTV -> for baffle sealing and such: Loctite 598.

Note: permatex ultra black is similar
4) Permatex #2 -> for NPT fittings around the plane, fuel, oil etc (but NOT AN fuel line fittings that dry fit).
