Oil cooler air flow valve

Has anyone installed a valve in the oil cooler 4" scat tube to regulate the airflow? If so where did you buy the valve. I've seen one installed but the builder couldn't remember where he bought the valve. It operated on a push pull cable.

I also installed the TCW valve, on a manual push pull cable. Works well enough, with the caveat that my summer oil temps seem to run higher than before valve installation. If you search the archives, others have noted the same thing. Somehow, the open valve disrupts airpflow.

I found that on most days I'm throttling down on the airflow to keep oil temps above 180.
