Oil consumption, short versus long flights

My IO360 isn't using as much oil as usual.
I'm now at 85hrs and the consumption after break- in stablised at around 8hr/qt.
Flight length was averaging about 35 minutes. I don't normally fly upside down. Recently I have been flying longer flights around 1.5 hours, mostly up high at 60% power crossing the rocks and I seem to be getting more like 12-14hrs/qt.
Is this what others see?

OIL CONSUMPTION

G'day Jim,

My experience so far:

First 30 hours averaged 1Q/6.5 hours.
Next 30 hours averaged 1Q/11 hours.
Next and last 30 hours averaged 1Q/15 hours.

Minimum flight duration was 0.6 hour for the first flight then 0.8 hour min after that.
Maximum flight duration was 2.6 hours. Average duration 1.3 hours/flight.

Overall average fuel consumption 25 litres/hour or 6.6 USG/hour.
Average consumption in cruise in 30 Litres/hour (8 USG/Hour) at 155 to 160 KTAS, 8 to 9K ft pressure altitude, 9 to 12 K density altitude.

I can't yet detect the difference in oil consumption between short and long flights.

Engine is an Aerosport IO-360M1 with Hartzell BA CS prop on stock RV-7 tip-up, basic weight 492kg, 1085lb, CofG 1987mm (78.24 inches) aft of datum, complete & painted.

Regards,
