Nosewheel bolt washer question

DWG C1 the Nosewheel attachment Hardware exploded isometric view in the bottom right corner shows the hardware that goes with the bolt and it says:


062 25783054 Washer
2 places

I assume the 062 is the width of the washer but there is no 25783054 washer in the finishing kit bag list, nor is it included in the bag that has the nosewheel hardware in it.

Does anyone have a more standard identification for this particular washer.

Also it says

AN960-616 Washer
2 places

Judging by the drawing, I assume that should read "4 places".

Argh. Another trip to the hardware store required and they're closed on Monday.

so I'm to ask for a "grade 8 hardened washer"?

Why doesn't Van's include that in the kit?
