Nordkock washers on spinner

Hello all flyers

Did sommeone know how the nordlock washers work?
A frend told my there is a mistake by sensenich because there is an free rotaiting inlet bushing. If the bushing rotate, the hole pack will rotate incloude the nut and washer, then the screw will lose. You have to make a washerplate under the nordlock to connect two bolts.

Basically, the wedge/ramp between the two washers is greater pitch than the threads on the bolt, so as the bolt begins to unscrew, the washer tightens making it more difficult for the bolt to continue to unscrew.

Hi Greg,

yes i know, but the bushing can rotate free and is not fix.

you must put the plate between the bushing and the Nordlock washer.

I used these washers on a ground adjustable carbon sensenich on my Subaru Installation. I used torque seal so I could monitor for any relative movement. After 360 hours, everything is still torqued to the same value as the day I installed it. Honestly, these washers are amazing.
